Rules

These are the rules of the server. If you break the rules of the server, be prepared to be warned, kicked, temporarily banned, or permanently banned.

Be Respectful

• No racism, sexism, homophobia, or predatory behavior ⠀ ↪ This is a zero tolerance policy • No offensive or inappropriate username, skins, or builds • Do not imitate staff or other players • Do not harass players or staff ⠀ ↪ This includes ignoring staff encouragement and comments • Swearing is allowed, but not excessively • Tool names are up to you, but they must be PG-13 • Do not send messages with excessive caps

Griefing

• No griefing, even if the land is unclaimed ⠀ ↪ The Towny world is a world we want to be proud of • Do not claim someone else's stuff • Be considerate of towns around you when claiming • No grief builds in the custom towny world ⠀ ↪ Lava Casts, Random Blocks, TNT • PVP is not allowed outside of designated areas

Scamming and Stealing

• Stealing is allowed in unclaimed land ⠀ ↪ We are a towny server and want to start encouraging individuals to working on claiming and making their towns safe • Do not fake items when selling them • Do not re-name items on the AH

Towny Rules

• No eye-sore builds or farms ⠀ ↪ Make them a dedicated build in your town! • Staff are subject to remove eye-sore builds or farms ⠀ ↪ 3 days of notice will be given before removal • Towns are defined as a town owner and 3+ additional members ⠀ ↪ Alt accounts do not count towards this minimum

Lag Machines

• Do not build lag machines ⠀ ↪ If staff tells you your build is causing lag, you must listen to them • Trading hall Villagers must be put in 1 x 1 slots to disable unnecessary AI ⠀ ↪ Villagers found not following these rules are subject to be removed by staff

Hacked Clients / Mods

• No hacks or hacked clients • Do not use scripts or auto clickers • No Mods that give you advantages [Ex: Xray] • Quality of life mods are allowed ⠀ ↪ Create a ticket on discord if you are unsure

Exploits, Bugs, and Glitches

• No using bugs or glitches to your advantage • Do not abuse default Minecraft glitches • If you find an exploit, make a ticket on discord and report it to staff. • If you suspect another member of breaking the rules make a ticket on discord and supply proof

Other Notes

• This is a Towny server. Let's keep everything functional AND nice to look at! ⠀ ↪ Players will be advised to revise eye-sores before action will be taken. • No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member. ⠀ ↪ This includes DMing fellow members. • If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space!
