What is a Community Representative?

• 🗣️ Representatives are the voice of the community, ensuring diverse opinions are heard.

• 🌍 Player-appointed representatives play a vital role in discussions and conveying concerns to the staff team.

• 👂 They ensure diverse opinions are considered in decision-making.

• 💬 Actively participate in discussions with the Owners and represent the interests of the player base.

• ⚙️ This role does not come with any in-game permissions.

How is a Community Representative chosen?

• A nomination and voting process is held at the beginning of every month

• 📋 Nomination Process: (1st and 2nd of the month)

  • 🎉 Each player can anonymously nominate a single member of the community

  • 🌐 Nominations are open to all players to ensure a diverse pool of candidates

• 🗳️ Voting System: (3rd and 4th of the month)

  • ✅ Each player selects who they feel are the top three nominees

  • 👥 The result of the vote decides on three community representatives for the month

  • 🔍 Matt & Abby may review history to ensure the members are appropriate for the position
